In Kerala, a sales executive of an
Ahmedabad-based company made a cracker of a deal by simply accessing real
time data on his tablet computer. This, as his colleague at the
manufacturing unit in a remote part of Gujarat fed in production and inventory
data up-to-the-hour and the usually fastidious finance man was quick to
give an exact cost analysis from the HO. In the end, the CEO was happy to
see a good performance flash on his KPI monitor.
This is not an
impossible, ideal situation we created just to make you smile as 2011 draws
to a close.
On the
contrary, it’s a combined snapshot of some real moments of joy our
customers shared with us during 2011. Moments which became possible either
by using ERP-on-the-go technology to
access remote data or by procuring Intech’s
own easy-on-the-pocket, internet-based CRM solution.
Meanwhile, some others enjoyed success with Enterprise Dashboard
functionality a part of Intech’s ERP
solution that helps avail instant, real-time performance measures. A useful
and time saving tool, it is fast gaining popularity with C-level users and
helping them manage growing businesses.
2011 also saw Intech enhance its
technology capabilities and expand its basket of ERP solution offerings.
One such major, and much appreciated, enhancement was helping customers
meet their technology and regulatory needs by making the solutions fully
compliant with XBRL standards.
Furthermore,
to welcome more happy customers into our fold, we decided to spoil them for
choice with full-range solutions to suit the size and nature of their
businesses. What’s more, we decided to offer them on premises as well as in
cloud! Our product line now includes both sets of Microsoft
Dynamics solutions i.e. NAV and AX along with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and
SharePoint solutions.
Our
customers were happy. So, could we be far behind? We too celebrated several
happy office days with achievements like a High Performance CRISIL Rating
and some big additions to our esteemed customer list
On
