Microsoft Dynamics NAV - CRM - Role Tailored Client
Sales people starts Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. They find
themselves in the Role Center for Order Processors. It shows their typical activities,
and the key customers and items they are tracking. From the Role Center, they can view
their mail in Outlook and review the notes they sent themselves about pressing issues.
They can also see if any colleagues have sent them notifications. To further manage the
day, they customizes their Role Center by adding a useful chart and, it doesn’t require
them to run a report first.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Role Center
The Most Obvious Visual Change to Microsoft Dynamics
NAV 2009 is the new client with the Role Tailored User Experience Interface. In
order to develop it, a number of roles in an organization are identified & based
the design on optimizing the user experience for these roles. The Key Element of
the User Experience is the Role Center- the Role Center is what users see first
when they start Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.
