Sales people starts Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. They find themselves in the Role Center for Order Processors. It shows their typical activities, and the key customers and items they are tracking. From the Role Center, they can view their mail in Outlook and review the notes they sent themselves about pressing issues. They can also see if any colleagues have sent them notifications. To further manage the day, they customizes their Role Center by adding a useful chart and, it doesn’t require them to run a report first.
